This November, in partnership with the IWLCA, Elite Tournaments will be hosting the IWLCA Presidents Cup and IWLCA Debut in the Dallas area.
We have a variety of roles that need filled, including but not limited to event set-up, distributing committed player arm bands, running the air horn, college coach hospitality, and handling Gatorade for players, among other tasks. I’ve included some additional event-specific information below:
- Event Dates: November 19-21, 2021
- IWLCA Presidents Cup Venues: Harold Patterson Sports Center & Moneygram Soccer Park
- IWLCA Debut Venues: Lewisville Railroad Park
- Estimated Hours (Subject to change – schedule still in the process of being finalized)
- Wednesday 11/17 – Setup at Harold Patterson Sports Center (9 AM – 5 PM)
- Thursday 11/18 – Setup at Moneygram Soccer Park (9 AM – 5 PM)
- Friday 11/19 – IWLCA Experience + IWLCA Presidents Cup Games (7:30 AM – 8 PM)
- Saturday 11/20 – IWLCA Presidents Cup Games (6:30 AM – 8 PM)
- Sunday 11/21 – IWLCA Presidents Cup Games (6:30 AM – 4 PM)
- Monday 11/22 – Breakdown + Final Clean Up (9 AM – 5 PM)
Workers are paid in cash at the end of their last day of work and pay is a flat rate of $110 per day. Meals are also provided for workers throughout the weekend!
These two events that make up the final leg of the 2021 recruiting series are the most coveted for teams to participate in and will certainly make for a great weekend of lacrosse. Nearly 450 teams will be traveling into the Dallas area from all across the country for this showcase style event, and we are expecting over 300 college coaches to be on hand throughout the weekend.
